Emergencies

We realize that dental emergencies arise with no respect to the time of day. Our doctors are available on a 24-hour basis. If the emergency arises during normal office hours, immediately call the office and our appointment coordinator will schedule you as soon as possible. Time for emergencies are reserved in each day’s schedule. Needless to say, those emergencies that call early in the day will have the most available time options.

After Hours Emergencies

If your emergency should arise after hours, call our office immediately at (716) 285-6268. The recorded message will have the name and contact phone number of the doctors. Many times our patients with emergencies will come in and state they have been uncomfortable the previous night, but “did not want to bother the doctor at home.” Our office is committed to your comfort and lists the doctors' home phone numbers on the after hours messaging system so that we can be available 24 hours a day.
