Meet the Business Staff

One of the main reasons our office has been successful in delivering quality dentistry for over 34 years, is the simple fact that we have engaged a staff that possesses outstanding professional and personal skills that compliment the doctors' goal of providing superios dentistry. All the doctors agree that no matter how skilled in the art and science of dentistry we become, we would not be able to deliver the excellence we strive for, if not for our dedicated staff. Toni Carducci - Business Manager
		I joined Dr. Bonghi in 1987 and serve as the business manager. I have knowledge in all aspects of the practice. I graduated from Niagara Falls High School and Niagara County Community College and have over 30 years of experience in dentistry. My husband Peter and I have two daughters and I enjoy home interior design and gourmet cooking as hobbies. I am a member of the Greater Niagara Ballet Company and the American Business Women’s Association. I enjoy being a part of administering health care services and my interaction with patients keeps my work both interesting and fulfilling.

Becky Morris - Insurance/Financial Assistant
		In 1982, I started in our office as a full-time dental assistant. I then took time out to be a mom and in 2000 I returned as an insurance-financial assistant. I am a graduate of Lewiston Porter High School and the Bryant and Stratton Dental Assisting program and I bring with me over 29 years of dental experience. My husband Randy and I have three children. In my spare time, I enjoy boating, reading, 50’s music and spending time with my family and friends. I find it fulfilling to be a part of this practice because I believe in our practice philosophy, which is based on quality, honesty and compassion, which all coincide with my perception of private practice.
